 Section 3: Using Outlook Express

One of the most commonly used e-mail programs is Microsoft's Outlook Express, which is usually pre-installed on most computers, available from ISP's, or available for free download from the Microsoft website.

The advantage of using Outlook Express is that you need only be connected to the Internet while sending or receiving mail. You can read, compose, move or delete your e-mail without being connected, which saves your phone bill if using a dial-up connection.
